All content, software code, programmatic structures, logos, and digital branding associated with Sustho Jibon and its subsidiaries are the exclusive property of Sustho Jibon. Unauthorized duplication, reverse engineering, or redistribution of our proprietary software (e.g., NumShield application code) is strictly prohibited and subject to international legal action.

Sustho Jibon provides its services "as is." While we maintain the highest standards of digital security and performance, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platforms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. For global transactions and assets (USA market), relevant international trade and digital compliance laws may apply.
